Welcome to Proactive Fitness, Health and well being, my name is Joe and I am a qualified and insured personal trainer.  Proactive was founded in 2009 with the primary aims of providing members of the general public with an affordable method of receiving help and guidance from a qualified and experienced personal trainer and fitness professional, whilst providing a quality and effective service to every client. Proactive focuses on providing mobile personal training and group get fit camps.

Mobile Personal Training

The concept of providing a mobile personal training service was one that I had been asked about on many occasions by clients that had problems maintaining a regular fitness regime due to work and family commitments that prevented them from maintaining a regular exercise regime.

Proactives unique selling point is the concept of being a mobile training service, this enables me as a personal trainer to provide each individual client with a service that enables them to maintain a fitness regime whilst in the comfort of their home, I also use garden spaces, local parks and tracks to encourage individuals to enjoy and utilise the outdoor environment. I also aim improve each clients diet and knowledge on nutrition, this is designed to provide education and advice on specific areas of an individual’s dietary habits.

 If you want to get fit, get healthy and take a proactive role in your future fitness, health and well being then my help and guidance may be what you need to reach your goals, I will provide you with knowledge, education, motivation and expertise in developing specific areas of your personal fitness, health and well being. All sessions are designed to develop not just your fitness but also your confidence and motivation to succeed in your desired discipline.

Get Fit Camps Start Back in March 2012

Outdoor exercise group for females who want to get fit and have fun, Get fit camp is designed to provide varied and new training methods to help you get fit and enjoy the outdoors. Each 45 minute camp will be conducted in local parks under the supervision of an experienced personal trainer and fitness professional.
