Personal Training Services
My mobile personal training service is available for individuals who are seeking to improve their fitness, health and well being. Personal training sessions can be conducted within the comfort of the clients own home or garden, local parks and tracks can also be used during the sessions to enable clients to gain confidence and enjoy exercising within familiar surroundings. Clients will also receive Nutritional advice with newsletters on current trends within the fitness industry.
The Proactive approach you need to take-
- Initial contact with me via email or telephone, for any queries or questions you may have regarding personal training or to book a consultation. Details on contact me page
- Arrange a consultation with me, complete the consultation; the Fitness, Health and Well being Consultation includes: Lifestyle evaluation, fitness profiling and health analysis, this enables me to gather information on each individual so as an effective training plan can be applied for each individuals needs. No physical activity will be required during the consultation it is purely an informational gathering process.
- Arrange personal training session dates, this can be discussed during the consultation; the sessions can be structured to suit the specific requirements of each individual. Some of my client’s example goals have been; Weight Loss, Toning, Special Event Training such as charity events, Marathon Training and General Fitness.
On the first personal training session I will record data including: weight, BMI, % body fat, waist and hip measurements and a cardiovascular assessment. Results will be recorded for comparative purposes so as each client can track their progression and improvements in each area.

All sessions thereafter- £20.00 per hour
