Personal Training Services
A personal training service is available for individuals who are seeking to improve their fitness, health and well being. Personal training sessions can be conducted within the comfort of the clients own home. Parks and tracks can also be used during the sessions to enable clients to gain confidence and enjoy exercising within familiar surroundings
Clients will also receive Nutritional advice with monthly newsletters on current trends within the industry.
Each client will initially be required to complete a Fitness, Health and Well being Consultation . Testing will gauge current levels and enable an effective training regime to be applied.
A Fitness, Health and Well being Consultation includes- Blood pressure, Height, Weight, BMI, % Body fat and Lung capacity. It also includes muscular endurance based tests, strength tests, cardiovascular tests and flexibility tests.
The sessions can be structured to suit the specific requirements of each individual. Some of my clients example goals have been;
- Weight Loss
- Muscle Build
- Toning
- Special Event Training
- Marathon Training
- General Fitness
Results and progression will be recorded for comparative purposes.

All sessions thereafter- £20.00 per hour
